7) tighten all of the ethics loopholes the Trump administration has exploited

I am sure there is more, and some of this should happen anyhow, but Mitch can try to get his one SCOTUS appointment through at this juncture, but the will of the people will have spoken, loudly and serious reform and modernizing will need to happen.[/quote] u
