Right, but you’re making a big assumption.  “Fine” means different things to different people.   But would agree that APS overall is just “fine.”[/quote]

The point is that some parents of kids who will probably be moved as part of this process are acting like their lives are being destroyed. The opposite of fine.[/quote]
