I've watched it several times. As has been pointed out many times here, she wasn't speaking directly to the fat woman. She was talking on her phone. Moreover, saying you are being squished, or that you don't know how you will last four hours, or that you will at least be warm - NONE of that is verbal abuse. It is passive-aggressive and rude.
