Nobody is saying that this is a normal, typical thing for a 15-year-old to do. Everyone agrees that it's terrible.

Are you saying that any 15-year-old who would do such a thing must be charged as an adult (even though they are not an adult), because that's the only way to prevent them from harming others in the future?[/quote]
