Because the WJ parents split off will riot. I suspect the troll caller hasn’t come to grips now that policy isn’t solely dictated by the Bethesda parents any longer. A few upset WJ parents is not going to resonate as much as if they take some of the few nice neighborhoods out of Einstein a few of the outlying WJ neighborhoods and create a new closed W. The DCC will be pissed ([b]except the families moved out of Einstein who would be quite happy[/b]) and what was left at Einstein would fall off a cliff.

There is no politically viable option but to make it part of the DCC and not take too many SFH areas out of Einstein while load balancing around it. Sorry WJ outliers (danger if you have a Kensington address) sell now if you care. [/quote]

I disagree that most Einstein families would be "quite happy" to be rezoned to Woodward.
