IMG is not that strong at the younger ages, but they get very strong by U19.  At U13, they do not have a super talented team, just lots of very well off kids who can afford to go there.  And no amount of daily training will help them compete at the top of the table.  But by U19, they have a lot of talented kids and a very competitive squad.  They are usually at the top the table by then.[/quote]
