Schools:  You mean withholding funds until the schools comply with federal law?  Allowing boys in girls' bathrooms?
Our federal workers:  DOGE was needed.  It is a shame it has had an effect on NOVA, but lots of those jobs were unneeded and taxpayers were paying for them.
Our LGBTQ friends and family:  You mean the schools again, I think.  However, we don't need Trans people in our military either.
Our economy: It's going to take a while to make up for what Biden did to us.

Your response is exactly why Sears is going to lose. DOGE indiscriminately cut federal jobs. No rhyme or reason. She said the cuts were good. Northern VA's unemployment rate went up more than any other place in the region so saying the cuts were good is not going to land well. You think cutting research positions and expertise were not needed? We won't be able to compete against China. [/quote]
