Yields are getting so unpredictable because kids are applying to 20+ schools (ridiculous) so the predictions are getting harder. And the flip side is there were years many schools over-enrolled, had kids in hotels, not enough housing because more than they expected said “yes”. I think from a school view it’s easier to fill more seats after than be over enrolled [/quote]
