1) They have sent hundreds of Tren de Aragua there who have never been charged with a crime.
2) It is not clear we sent people to the foreign gulag.  They may have just been illegal immigrants deported to El Salvador, and El Salvador then chose to put some of them in the gulag.[/quote]

1) I'm not PP but I am a person with half a brain who understands they meant the royal we, as in America. America doesn't doesn't send people to the foreign gulag. At least we haven't for the last 249 years of our history. We have a lot of shameful things in our past but this is one of the most shameful. Japanese internment and Trail of Tears shameful.

2) Apparently you don't have even the half a brain I do. "America sends people to a foreign country we know will put them in the gulag" = "America put them in the gulag." We don't get to play dumb, we don't get to pretend it's ok because there was 0.001 degree of separation, we are right this minute willingly and knowingly sending people from American soil to the gulag. You can agree with the action (in which case history will judge you exactly the way it did all other enablers of atrocities) but you can't pretend that it's not happening. [/quote]
