I definitely agree with you that a lot of men are just out of shape. I am 45 and in very good shape but that's because I have enjoyed fitness since I was 19.

Having said that maybe you don't see it as much but there a lot I mean a lot of women around your age in a very bad shape physically. Maybe there are women in shape compared to men when both are 40+ but we are not taking about a big gap here. [/quote]
