The Supreme Court gets to decide ex post facto which of Biden's acts were "official" and which were "unofficial" once he leaves the office of the Presidency. The Supreme Court has taken a huge swath of power for itself in the last two days at the expense of Congress and the office of the POTUS.[/quote]
