I wouldn't say total BS, it's an opinion, one of many, but there are some nuggets of truth in there.

"players are going to scatter everywhere." - probably true
"most of the top players from each age group are in fact going to move to VDA, Union, Bethesda and even Arlington." - if they're scattering everywhere, these would be likely landing spots.
