Looks like STA beat Southlake, Dallas Jesuit and Episcopal, and lost to St. Marks.  It was an ambitious spring break schedule with 4 games in 5 days. [/quote]

Poor scheduling by Heeter for scheulding 4 games in a span of 5 games while in Texas. The Lone Star state probably has more gifted athletes playing the sport for fun than your "club lax bro". Texas lacrosse is much more physical than what you would see in the DMV. Playing 3 games in a row is a recipe for disaster and a good way to get players hurt.

The LSM headed to Penn should be back in a week. The player headed to Cornell could be out for most of April.

StA did the same things last year, playing a ton of games over spring break in North Carolina and losing the last one. Then they played Bullis the day after playing St. Andrew's (which they nearly won) a week later.

The HC's club background really showing here - maybe this is the year he learns that playing a bunch of 40 minute running time doesn't matter club games in the Bro Lax Naptown Ultimate Elite Championship is not the same as playing too many real games without kids having time to recover.

And doing it all with no real attempt to play (let alone) develop a bench.  Not sure what level STA could get to but know they will never sustain anything because they will likely get run down.  They run out of gas in games and across the season (and sustain injuries) bc they don’t find a few extra kids to help off spread the minutes.  We have beaten them bc of it!  Pattern repetition is a strong instinct and frailty among many coaches.  [/quote]
