Why don’t you just eat less? More raw fruits and veggies. Pound a glass of water first and see if that fills you up. I hate most unseasoned veggies so if I’m eating them, it’s because I’m actually hungry. A small amount fills me up. You just have to get over the idea that food should bring you pleasure.
Wow, this is groundbreaking. Have you published?? If not you have missed your calling. You should consider submitting an article to the American Journal of Public Health. I hope you at least sent your groundbreaking findings to the CDC, FDA, health and human services etc….they need to know about raw fruits and veggies.
Yes! This is the literature that is missing from PubMed. PP, thank you for educating us—no one had ever thought to eat less before you came along dropping knowledge.
So why don’t you then? Why can some people do it but not you?
Now that I know the secret, surely I will be skinny in no time. I can’t thank you enough.
Yeah but really. What is your answer? Why do you think it should be different for you?
But it doesn't work this way for "everybody." I was adopted into a very thin family. I was always bigger and heavier than the rest of them. My adoptive mother was petite. I was much taller and full busted with wide shoulders. I found my birth family 4 years ago. My birth mom has passed, but I am exactly her physical build, even through the years. My body resembled her s when we were in our 20s, 30s, etc. And now I am 60, and my shape and weight is still similar to hers
You may be bigger than your adoptive mom but that doesn’t make you unhealthy. People come in all shapes. Some people are just naturally bigger than others. That should be considered ok.
