DP.  Agree. The vehemence with which the “not hot” pp are dumping on Rachel reflects some deep seated insecurities and jealousy.  Which is interesting, because the writers were so clear about the MIL’s jealousy over Rachel’s looks. The MIL was well-cast, because you can see that she [u]was[/u] Rachel when she was younger, and while she’s still attractive for her age, she’s no longer the stunner that she was, and it really eats at her.
