This whole thing is dumb. If you sue your school over grades, you are probably a crazy person. If you think you can appeal such a ridiculous case to the Supreme Court, you are probably a really crazy person. And you should expect the school to retaliate or at least not support your admission anywhere. If I was Sidwell, I would tell every school not to take someone like this.
