You age has nothing to do with this phenomenon as there was no Golden Age of warmer relationships between the schools.

As a long time IAC-watcher I can assure you that there has never been any "IAC Pride" or unity or anything like that ever. This pre-dates Helicopter parents by many, many years.

"Vitriol" is a word you could use. Near total "Antipathy" would be a very accurate description of the Prep - Landon relationship for decades.

About the best you'll get is indifference.

I guess they could always ask someone. This is pretty common knowledge.

Although I guess, who would actually care how these schools relate to one another? You are only going to one of them.
