My mom is one of the most loyal, hardworking, will drop anything to help a friend, giving of her time to make sure town clubs are well run, etc - she definitely voted for Trump. She LOVES my Mexican bff. I finally broke down and told her that he is a DACA recipient. She literally cried at the thought of him getting deported. Not sure if that will change the larger picture for her. She is very compassionate on an individual basis but has a hard time expanding that to the larger scale.[/quote]
