All of Queen Elizabeth's children were born at "home" (most of them at Buckingham Palace, but still not a hospital).  I think Prince William was the first Royal in the direct line of succession to be born in a hospital.  Obviously, a member of the Royal Family would have a different level of care when she was giving birth at home vs. your average woman giving birth at home in her bathtub. [/quote]
