The primary metric for determining if students get into an clearly superior academic program is to give students a few 30 questions tests that your children can obviously get a better score on if you spent oh and hour or so with them studying a few dozen practice questions. So of course what happens is that some parents prep their kids and then a whole bunch of other parents freak out on threads like this including at least one world class internationally recognized scientist with an IQ of 160 as well a few other posters who I suspect may have some mental health issues. Will FCPS be in a big hurry to fill in this particular hole? Probably not, guaranteeing that threads like this will continue for years to come...[/quote]
