- BitMEX Founders (Arthur Hayes, Benjamin Delo, Samuel Reed): Pardoned for anti-money laundering enabling crypto-based drug trafficking.
- Changpeng Zhao: Binance CEO whose platform facilitated drug-related money laundering and trafficking.
