That's not why. It's because the ballots have been printed and many of us have already voted. They simply cannot replace him this late. About all Dems can do is accept that he might lose and focus their effort on supporting Spanberger and Hashmi.[/quote]

This circus is a perfect example of why multi-month early voting is such a powerfully dumb practice.

I’m not saying there shouldn’t be an early voting period - but it should be the week or so right before the election. Not a month or more. Because then stuff like this happens, and people are stuck with their votes [/quote]
