This is normal for them. Long before 10/7, They also throw watch parties  on rooftops or hillsides or celebrate with fire works as their miracle bombs go to work.

Some Israelis  even were caught watching 9/11 with binoculars from Jersey city and celebrating. What a surprise. During that same time, reports came to Us media that celebrations were going on in the West Bank.
