This is educational neglect. [/quote] You don’t get to decide what’s educational neglect. At most you can argue the reporting was in good faith, which is doubtful. Also you don’t get to decide by yourself school board policies and legislation. Parents are doing the right thing by working with their representative to get this issue solved favorably.[/quote]
