The end , should he be brought back and then given his due process rights to a a formal deportation hearing, might be he is back in El Salvador or another country. But the means matter. If the means didn’t matter we wouldn’t have entire court systems to ensure that the ends are justified by the means. [/quote] That’s silly; he isn’t owed another judge to say what the first one already did: he can be deported just not to ES. That determination was already made.[/quote]
