Every child and their recruiting journey is different.  For our older DD (graduated in last 2-4 years), her coach was a material difference maker, especially because DD missed some camps and club season due to injury.   [/quote]

There's a lot to be considered in selecting a high school and, for most, grabbing a D1 roster spot isn't top on the list.  If SSSAS fits your needs otherwise as well as other schools then by all means view KJ as a good tiebreaker.  If not, none of the other HS programs in the area are going to help with placement.  And, even if one of those three is on your radar, a better academic fit and an attentive recruiting director at your club will more than make up for the potential bump from playing at SSSAS, SR or GC. HS coaches have more of an insight as to how they act during the spring season and how they handle academics in season. They actually see the player more in a similar environment than a club coach because they are with the player 5-6 days/week. [/quote]
