What are you suggesting?  Coaching  situation will cause girls to leave?  Trying to connect the dots on your statement. [/quote]

NP but it also may cause girls to pick another school if on the fence between two and if you don't replace the graduating seniors with similar talent, there is a drop off. Many girls/families at high levels, that have the means, want a stable coach to help their girls improve. While many HS coaches are not that impactful, the top schools are. Depending on their choices and/or location: SSSAS, SR, GC - all have stable head coaches and coaching staffs with proven track records that are an extra benefit in recruiting. DD attends one of the 3 mentioned and the school she committed to also contacted her HS coach as well as club because the coach is also connected.[/quote]
