He pled guilty and entered a DIVERSION program allowing this case to be dismissed in 6 months. It is absurd to think that whatever is wrong with a 12 year old that has led him already to commit multiple armed robberies is going to be cured by a diversion program. OAG is an absolute joke for offering this type of plea. When this kid tries to jack the wrong person and ends up dead like the other kid, OAG will be partly responsible. [/quote]
