Wow. That’s some profound reasoning there. Interestingly, GA is not a T by E State, but generally limits collections to the debtor’s share of joint property including real property, but not in every case. So maybe these guys would be subject to having their real property levied upon, and maybe not. Of course, that assumes they ahead any meaningful real or personal assets, and that any of those assets were left after attorneys, experts, etc., were paid. [/quote]
