There should be tons of parity across the DC area this year. You won't see a team that comes close to the 2022 SJC Cadets.

A general observation is the IAC is going to be very good this year and the WCAC might be slightly down relative to last year.

While I only ranked teams from the WCAC and IAC, if I could rank a public school team, it would be Madison. They looked excellent in a few of the Fall events I saw them play in and could compete with some of the programs in Tier 2. [/quote]

This list is way too generous to the WCAC, and i think you can make a stronger case that there are really 3 tiers and not 4. Any one of the teams will be able to beat any of the others in tier 1 and same with tier 2.
