ANC3D was absolutely massive - 11 freaking SMDs - on Mendelsohn's map. ANC3B was also ridiculously large.

ANCs - not SMDs - are afforded equal 'great weight' in the eyes of city agencies. The proposal really screwed over ANC3D and ANC3B.[/quote]

Basically 3C were the only complainers and 3D and 3B were getting screwed by the Mendo map. Why do the single family home owners in 3C complain so much? They are rich and they really don't have any actual problems in their lives. Is this the only outlet for their spare time?[/quote]
