APE is talking about the VDOE changes to the math SOL (which, yes, were the vehicle that was going to deliver the now-defunct VMPI and may still deliver [b]some[/b] of the VMPI ideas, such as the existence of data science). Their newsletter says nothing about VMPI not being dead. Goodness.
