I had that dress or a very similar one when I was pregnant. It’s the dress. When I was big enough to need maternity clothes but my belly had not popped yet into a classic pregnant shape, I did not fill out the middle part my maternity dresses that were fitted close at the knee. They were structured enough to look nice standing, but crumbled and showed my larger, but not rounded, stomach when I sat down at work. This is poor tailoring and fabric choice, not a fake belly. Agree. Tina Knowles was their seamstress for some time, and there were a lot of examples of poor design construction with the other singers before Beyoncé went solo. I guessed it was something made to accentuate her figure. She may have not had as much of a belly, which could cause for stressful speculation too. Sometimes women look huge, other times they carry the pregnancy in a way that makes it barely noticeable until like the 7th or 8th month.
