And, of course, admission has ceased to be an issue once you're worried about the ages of other kids in your DC's class.[/quote] Read the articles that state test scores are not the only criteria. If it was then there would be no need for playdates, recommendations, etc. Plus if you have a 98% 5 year old and a 98% 6 year old and in general if they are equal academically the 6 year old will probably gain the admissions because they will be more prepared to sit still and read, etc.[/quote]
