If the PP is right about that opinion, then she wouldn't be legally eligible to run in the Dem caucus. So now she's just doing what she said she was doing back in January, running as an independent. I think the Hatch Act restrictions are kind of dumb, but for now they are the law and fed employees need to comply with them, whether they like them or not. [/quote]
