Thank you for sharing that, comrade.[/quote] Generally speaking, this type of situation is common in communist systems. Lack of transparency means that those with the right connections get a disproportionate share of public goods.

I don't begrudge the wealth of the Maret student body. I do have a problem with them using that wealth and connections to unfairly get control of a scarce public resource.  [/quote]
