So what's your point? That even a rat-infested city like Baltimore has pockets of affluence? You all continue to miss the point! Instead of being able to acknowledge that Baltimore has major problems with poverty, you turn around and say there are some wealthier areas. That doesn't negate the fact that the city is indeed infested with rats and that Cummings cares more about illegal immigrants than he does his own suffering citizens. Did you hear him, all sanctimonious, asking how anyone decent could allow a child (a migrant) to go without - failing to see that citizens in his own district are going without.

DP.  I have traveled a great deal and seen rats eat the faces of the dead in countries that would not be be your idea of “travel.” 
I have also seen rats crawl over the bodies of homeless in the United States in areas you would never see. 
Any representative should be concerned about the latter, not the former, including Elijah Cummings and Donald Trump
