They could take on management and logistics now, and it would allow for growth of GFR coaching while under the tutelage of Spirit coaches. In a couple of years they would be there, and during that period, perhaps slowly grow the player pipeline. Allows Spirit to focus on the pro side first, which has to be the priority.[/quote]
