Using your own theory inside the DWS thread, is this really Mr Fields?  Could this be a look-a-like? If it was Mr Fields, could someone else provide him with the shield?  Was there an "offensive weapon" on him, aka gun or knife?  Was he wearing khaki's and a white shirt when arrested?

Yes, he was wearing the khaki pants and white shirt when he was arrested, though not in the booking photo. I saw a photograph of him on the ground beside the car with police holding him and immediately recognized his "uniform". The organization with whose members he was standing said they gave him the shield but that he is not a member. Not sure why you think this is a game.
