It was drinking in public, a misdemeanor. It is not even public intoxication. He is a human being and drank something in public. I don't see this as severe criminal behavior. This is not interesting and it's a distraction. Perhaps a double planned murder is much worse. He is a human being who drank in public someplace. He may have been outside walking with a beer... oh how terrible lol [/quote]

Well he was drinking regularly behind this shopping center on his way to court in the mornings...so it is a big deal becuase he was prosecuting cases under the influence![/quote]
