Assuming 45,000 (2023) VDV troops less "1,522 VDV deaths had been documented by 12 February 2023" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russian_Airborne_Forces); that's almost % RTD (Return to Duty).

But WIA rate is normally 4 times RTD, and Russian medical care seems lacking as well, so DOW (Died of Wounds) cases have to be significant?   Just how many times have Russian VDV troops been replaced?[/quote]
