I was on the other end and my ob said 30-40 was perfectly healthy. But what you gain doesn't directly correlate to the size of the baby your produce.[/quote] Thanks for the link. My OB did talk about my own weight gain and keeping it in check for my own health, but didn't say anything about how it'd affect the weight of my baby. Yikes!
