I am surprised about all the hate for the head of exams.  I dealt with him a decent bit years ago when he had a different role at the agency and he seemed like a decent person.

Why do people dislike him?  Is it the lack of Exams experience?  I’ll admit his background arguably made him more suited to the other role.[/quote]

He doesn't fit the mold of the typical Exam's leader and that's a good thing. Must we have the same cookie cutter template for our senior leaders? I believe there may be some jealousy behind some of the criticism shared. I personally like his leadership style and consider it to be an improvement in Exam.[/quote]
