I saw a comedian playing the role of one of the Musk Teenage Coders and this is exactly what he said. "Why do we need you? We have weather apps?" The response is that, "We provide the data for the weather apps..." Then the Teen Coder is "Like, whatever. What do you really do?"

OMG. Yes.

The scientists look at data and numbers and turn that data and numbers into the pretty swirls of clouds and colors we see on our screens.

The main hurricane center was in Miami with the backup center, if Miami went down, in Maryland.

They predict storms and warn people about them. Now, we will not have this info or it will be negatively impacted.

In the future, Trump and friends want to make people pay for this info.

Soon, we will not have weather info.
