Some of these installations, especially in older structures, are going to need a heavy-up.[/quote] Yes you need a 240V line for an induction stove but in net induction stoves don't actually use that much electricity. Sure older houses often need heavy-ups but the additional demand on the box from an induction stove is negligible - it is the heat pump and EV charger that put you over the top not an induction stove.[/quote]
