[/quote] You might find that Section 8 tenants are not that bad. We have rented my mom’s house in Arlington to a family of 8 who only have to pay 30% of the fair market rent. Because they need a 4 bed, we get a total of $3100 a month. This is about the same that we would get if it were rented to anyone else. [/quote]
