I don't think the guy they arrested had anything to do with her murder. I think the police felt the need to arrest someone and "close" the case. He was just the fall guy. Yes, he had attacked two other women but they were on the running path. Chandra was found deep in the woods. She wasn't wearing her running shoes (they were found back in her apartment) and she had carried her lipstick with her, as if she was going to meet someone.[/quote]
