This report, probably recently manufactured and declassified is suddenly made public and No one questions it.  There is no indication Trump was ever made aware of this alleged event.

The parts released all don’t give dates or locations so others could verify winds aloft.

It is up to the pentagon, the intelligence officials, and, in this case, NORAD officials to brief the president on incursions or breaches of our air space.  That didn't happen.  And, it didn't happen because the guy from NORAD admitted that they were unaware.  
And, the truth is..... if any balloons from China previously breached US air space, it was brief.
