It simply says " commercial purposes" on the document. It is important because funds for the school used as funds to pay off old debts would come under scrutiny for a number of significant violations.

Someone should make a timeline of each of the lawsuits and notices of pending actions against each of the comments made by senior leaders of the school--to demonstrate the glaring difference between the reality of the venture's full collapse against the rhetoric used to incite re-enrollment, to extract bridge loans from individuals-----

and..MOST sadly to encourage students who didn't know the full picture, to be on-record public tour guides to provide a glowing portrait of the school to reporters from the Washington Post and the Washington Business Journal. That was low. [/quote]
