[/quote] It’s hard to take a collective action if you’re worried that if you fail, those parents get in trouble w the HoS (maybe their children don’t get the same number of prizes and news articles and As as the children of the Whittle parents committee, cause that’s the type of school this HoS run). But they can do an anonymous survey and even a petition to the Board. [/quote]
